Band Submission Agreement

IMPORTANT - PLEASE  READ THE FOLLOWING BAND SUBMISSION AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT BY SIGNING THE SIGNATURE LINE INDICATING THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

This agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding contract between you and mp3room.com and governs your use of mp3room.com (the "Service").

By entering into this Agreement you are stating that you own the rights to all music you are providing to mp3room.com. If the ownership of the music submitted changes, you agree to notify in writing to mp3room.com as soon as you are aware of the change.

 

You agree that the music submitted is not bound by any other agreements that limits mp3room.com from receiving payment for MP3 downloads.

 

Music submitted will be posted on www.mp3Room.com and will be available for downloading to all users of this site.  You agree to choose one song that will be available for download by all users at no charge. Your full submission will also be available for download for a price of $ 0.49 per song. You will be paid 75% of the after billing cost. mp3room.com pays out band submissions on a quarterly basis. Payments are sent out on the first of the month in February, May, August, and November. Payments will be sent out as long as the total owing is greater than US$20. Payments will be mailed to the address provided at the beginning of this agreement.

 

Music submitted may also be used for promotion (promotion only, not resale)of mp3room.com and/or mp3Room.com and may be distributed to other media outlets.

 

This contract can be changed at anytime, for any reason. We will contact you if any changes effect your current contract.

Please Note, this is not an exclusive contract, nor do we ask for any rights to any of your music, you retain all publishing rights and all rights to negotiate other contracts. This is simply a contract stating that you own the rights to your music and we have permission to sell that music on our site. You are free to use other methods to sell you music at any time.
